OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationships among Trichinella spiralis isolates obtained from different hosts and geographical regions in China. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Six isolates of Trichinella spiralis obtained from Changchun, Tianjin, Xi'an, Henan and Yunnan were detected. All the isolates were collected from pigs or dogs.
