Epidemiologic relatedness of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from Arkansas residents diagnosed with tuberculosis in 1992-1993 was assessed using IS6110- and pTBN12-based restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and epidemiologic investigation.
