Nucleotide sequence analysis of the Helicoverpa zea S-type nucleopolyhedrovirus (HzSNPV) genomic interval between the polh and iel genes has revealed an open reading frame (HOAR ORF) that contains a complex A 1-T rich triplet repeat region (RAT-repeats).
