The chromosomes of six taxa, representing five species of Geomys (G. attwateri, G. breviceps, G. personatus, G. texensis, G. bursarius) were analysed for variation in G-band, R-band, sequential R-/DAPI-AMD, and sequential R-/C-band patterns.
