The genetic polymorphism of the single-locus probes pL159-1 (D18S17) and pL355-8 (D20S15) was investigated in 445 unrelated individuals using PstI as restriction enzyme. Fragment size calculations were obtained using the molecular weight size marker MW-SBH.
