Human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype distribution varies regionally, influencing vaccination and screening strategies. This molecular characterisation study determined HPV prevalence and circulating genotypes among 225 women (≥30 y) attending gynaecological clinics in Karad, Satara district, Maharashtra.
