Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a destructive phytopathogenic fungus causing severe diseases across numerous crops, notably avocado dieback. While the phenylpyrrole fungicide fludioxonil (Flu) exhibits high efficacy against L. theobromae, its underlying resistance risk remains elusive.
