Currently, epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) represent the standard first-line treatment for advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, as the disease progresses, targeted resistance inevitably develops.
