Darier Disease (DD) is a rare autosomal dominant genodermatosis (prevalence: 1/30.000-100.000) characterized by hyperkeratotic papules in seborrheic areas, palmoplantar pits, distinctive nail dystrophy and in some cases neurological symptoms.
