Xia-Gibbs Syndrome (XGS; MIM: 615829) is a rare neurodevelopment disorder (NDD) caused by de novo pathogenic variants in the single coding exon of the AT-Hook DNA-Binding Motif-Containing 1 (AHDC1) gene.
