We present genome assemblies for 2 bumble bee (Hymenoptera: Apidae: Bombus) species: Bombus (Pyrobombus) flavifrons and Bombus (Thoracobombus) fervidus. These species are widespread pollinators across North America and both exhibit intraspecific color pattern variation across their ranges due to Müllerian mimicry.
