Common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) anthracnose, caused by Colletotrichum lindemuthianum affects and decreases its yield substantially. Fifty Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) markers were used to analyze the genetic and genotypic variation among 36 C. lindemuthianum isolates.
