Solanum lasiocarpum Dunal. is a medicinal plant with medicinal properties for minor human diseases. To generate additional genomic resources for this species, we sequenced and characterised plastomes from seven S. lasiocarpum accessions collected in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
