BRAF V600E mutation (BRAFm) is present in around 8 % of metastatic colorectal cancers (mCRC) and is associated with a poor prognosis. The encorafenib-cetuximab combination (ENCOCET) is currently the standard second-line treatment of BRAFm mCRC.
