Cosavirus (CoSV) and Salivirus (SalV) are two novel picornaviruses that are associated with human diseases. However, epidemiological data on these viruses in China remain limited. In this study, we conducted the first simultaneous investigation of CoSV and SalV in a city of eastern China by wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) method.
