Serum pepsinogen A (pepsinogen I) levels and urinary pepsinogen A phenotypes were studied in relation to ABO blood group, age and sex in 700 healthy blood donors. There was no relation between urinary pepsinogen A phenotypes and serum pepsinogen A levels.
