Arabidopsis thaliana (Arabidopsis) double-stranded RNA binding (DRB) proteins DRB1, DRB2 and DRB4 perform essential roles in microRNA (miRNA) production, with many of the produced miRNAs mediating aspects of the molecular response of Arabidopsis to abiotic stress.
