We describe the whole-genome sequencing and comparative genomic analysis of 22 mastitis-associated NASM strains isolated from India. The mean genome size of the strains was 2.55 Mbp, with an average GC content of 32.2%. We identified 14 different sequence types (STs) among the 22 NASM strains.
