Cerebellar vermis hypoplasia refers to a varying degree of incomplete development of the cerebellum and vermis. A Saudi family with four affected individuals with cerebellar vermis hypoplasia, facial dysmorphology, visual impairment, skeletal, and cardiac abnormalities was ascertained in this study.
