The triplex LAMP-LFD assay was further evaluated in 156 anal swab samples, and the results were in agreement with the results of fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) in more than 99% of the cattle. This assay is expected for the quick identification of triplex viruses in the field because it has high sensitivity and specificity and doesn't depend on laboratory equipment or conditions.
