Novel bovine parechoviruses (Bo ParVs) were isolated from the feces of Japanese black cattle. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the novel Bo ParVs formed an independent cluster, exhibiting 72.2-75.6% nucleotide sequence identity to previous Bo ParVs, suggesting that they represent a new genotype.
