Overgrowth syndromes, particularly within the PIK3CA-related overgrowth syndrome (PROS) spectrum, are commonly associated with venous anomalies. The anomalies include spongiform venous malformations and persistent embryonic veins, such as the lateral marginal vein (of Servelle).
