Haemolysate and plasma samples from Brahmin and Kamma caste populations of coastal Andhra Pradesh have been examined by electrophoresis on horizontal starch gels for red-cell enzymes and plasma proteins, namely ACP, SOD, LDH, MDH, Hp, Tf, Cp and ALB.
