Information on the genetic profile of congenital nephrotic syndrome (CNS) from India is scarce. The management of CNS is largely supportive of the setting of developing countries, mainly via the administration of intravenous albumin infusions, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, and levothyroxine.
