Gene mutations can contribute to lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) development, metastasis, and therapy. This study aims to identify mutations in the endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS or NOS3) and cystathionine γ-lyase (CSE or CTH) genes that are connected to LUAD symptoms.
