血色病常分为原发性及继发性，临床以继发性血色病较为常见，且临床症状多不典型，易引起误诊误治。现介绍1例以肝功能异常及3系减少就诊的继发性血色病患者，全外显子检测提示ETV6基因变异，以期启示临床，找准病因，及时干预，改善患者预后。.
