Fifteen pig farms were affected by African swine fever (ASF) in South Korea during the outbreaks between 2022 and April 2023. The ASF virus (ASFV) genome was directly extracted from the blood and tissue samples of 15 ASFV-positive pig farms to analyze the genetic characteristics.
