Fruit maturity is an important agronomic trait of fruit crops. Although in previous studies, several molecular markers are developed for the trait, the knowledge about its candidate genes is particularly limited. In this study, a total of 357 peach accessions were re-sequenced to obtain 949,638 SNPs.
