Among genodermatoses, trichothiodystrophies (TTDs) are a rare genetically heterogeneous group of syndromic conditions, presenting with skin, hair, and nail abnormalities. An extra-cutaneous involvement (craniofacial district and neurodevelopment) can be also a part of the clinical picture.
