2021年第5版WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤新分类，仍遵循组织病理学与分子检测相结合的分层整合诊断原则，其主要变化之一是首次将弥漫性胶质瘤分为成人型及儿童型的低级别和高级别组，旨在更精准的指导病理诊断、治疗及预后和复发风险评估。其中儿童型低级别组包括：MYB或MYBL1变异型弥漫性星形细胞瘤、血管中心型胶质瘤、青少年多形性低级别神经上皮肿瘤、MAPK通路变异型弥漫性低级别胶质瘤。本文对这4种肿瘤作一简要解读。.
