PURPOSE: To describe and analyze the clinical prognosis of infants diagnosed of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy (FEVR) with single gene mutation in long-term follow-up. METHODS: A retrospective case study was conducted on 355 FEVR infants with single positive gene.
