We report two new 6-pyruvoyl-tetrahydropterin synthase splicing variants identified through genomic sequencing and transcript analysis in a patient with tetrahydrobiopterin deficiency, presenting with hyperphenylalaninemia and monoamine neurotransmitter deficiency.
