Fanconi-Bickel syndrome (FBS) is a rare autosomal recessive carbohydrate metabolism disorder. The main symptoms of FBS are hepatomegaly, nephropathy, postprandial hyperglycemia, fasting hypoglycemia, and growth retardation. Hypokalemia is a rare clinical feature in patients with FBS.
