We analysed over 400 million reads obtained from Illumina sequencing of six pairs of libraries representing two each of stage I, II, and III gastric tumors and corresponding normal tissues to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs), single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), and transcription factors (TFs).
