VEXAS (vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X-linked, autoinflammatory, somatic) syndrome is a recently described autoinflammatory syndrome characterized by diffuse inflammatory manifestations, predisposition to hematological malignancy, and an association with a high rate of thrombosis.
