Dedifferentiated chondrosarcomas are aggressive variants of chondrosarcoma, associated with poor outcomes. Tumor biphasism is the norm. The majority of these tumors are symptomatic at presentation. Radiologically, large soft tissue masses with bony destruction predominate. Treatment protocols of these tumors are not well defined.
