CLINICAL ISSUE: Tumor predisposition syndromes (TPS) are a heterogeneous group of genetic cancers. About 10% of the approximately 2200 malignancies in the childhood in Germany develop due to an inherited disposition, whereby TPS may be underdiagnosed.
