The smallest polycistronic dsRNA segment-10 (S10) of bluetongue virus (BTV) encodes NS3/3A and putative NS5. The S10 sequence data of 46 Indian BTV field isolates obtained between 1985 and 2011 were determined and compared with the cognate sequences of global BTV strains.
