Dystroglycanopathy is a group of muscular dystrophies with deficient glycosylation of alpha-dystroglycan (α-DG). We recruited patients from 36 tertiary academic hospitals in China. In total, 143 patients with genetically diagnosed dystroglycanopathy were enrolled.
