Chronic non-progressive pneumonia in small ruminants caused by Mycoplasma (M.) ovipneumoniae is mainly controlled by chemotherapy. In France, during the last decade, a rise in M. ovipneumoniae cases was recorded in both sheep and goats, suggesting a possible emergence.
