Camptodactyly-arthropathy-coxa vara-pericarditis (CACP) syndrome is a rare familial arthropathy of childhood, commonly misdiagnosed as juvenile idiopathic arthritis. It is characterized by non-inflammatory arthropathy, coxa vara deformity, and sterile pericarditis.
