Advances in biomarkers, targeted therapies, and immuno-oncology have transformed the clinical management of patients with advanced NSCLC. For oncogene-driven tumors, there are highly effective targeted therapies against EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF, TRK, RET, and MET.
