Abstract Background Skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) is one of the most malignant and aggressive cancers, causing about 72% of deaths in skin carcinoma. Although extensive study has explored the mechanism of recurrence and metastasis, the tumorigenesis of cutaneous melanoma remains unclear.
