Cyperus difformis has evolved resistance to pyrazosulfuron-ethyl and other acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS) inhibitors in paddy fields in China. To understand the distribution of resistance and the mutations involved, 38 populations collected were from 7 provinces and compared.
