Erdheim-Chester disease is a rare form of non-Langerhans histiocytosis. A 40-year-old woman was diagnosed as Erdheim-Chester disease based on typical bone scintigraphy, symmetric osteosclerosis and findings of foamy, non-Langerhans histiocytes in bone marrow.
