We report three cases of genotype 1b hepatitis C virus (HCV) reinfection after liver transplantation. When antiviral treatment was considered, all three patients had renal dysfunction and had been treated with immunosuppressive agents for a long time; one with tacrolimus (TAC) and the others with cyclosporine A (CyA).
