In order to gain an insight into the genetic relatedness of the Dobrava-Belgrade virus (DOBV) in Greece, a phylogenetic analysis was performed based on all currently available DOBV sequences obtained from hospitalized cases with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS).
