BACKGROUND: Wild radish (Raphanus raphanistrum) is a globally important weed of crops. Two atrazine-resistant wild radish populations (R1 and R2), collected from the Western Australia grain belt, were investigated for resistance to photosystem II (PSII) herbicides.
