The family Lophiotremataceae ( Pleosporales , Dothideomycetes ) is taxonomically revised on the basis of morphological observations and phylogenetic analyses of sequences of nuclear rDNA SSU, ITS, and LSU regions and tef1 and rpb2 genes.
