PURPOSE OF REVIEW: Peripheral T cell lymphoma is a rare heterogeneous group of diseases which are characterized by poor outcomes to treatment and short overall survival. In the past decade, several new therapies targeting T cell biology have been approved in the relapsed setting. These new therapies, such as pralatrexate, romidepsin, belinostat, and brentuximab vedotin, have begun to make their way into practice....
